В заключение следует сказать, что общие аспекты разных дыхательных техник важнее, чем различия между ними. С незапамятных времен дыхание считалось не только жизненно необходимой функцией тела, но и деятельностью, соединяющей физический мир (воздух) с человеческим телом, психикой и духом. Его удивительный потенциал в качестве важного инструмента в ритуальной и духовной жизни человечества, а также в различных целительских практиках, неоднократно подтверждался в самых разных странах, культурах и исторических эпохах.
