** = Обратный процент крупнейшей этнической группы, умноженный на 2 в случаях, когда расовые, национальные, языковые и старые религиозные разделения совпадали (Израиль и Шри-Ланка), поскольку в таких случаях этнические разделения расценивали более глубокими, чем обычно.
